Interview with Bucerius Law School about ambidextrous leadership

At the 11th Fall Conference of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, the focus was on organizational ambidexterity. Numerous new business models, services and products are currently emerging in the legal market - mostly driven by digitalization. Many companies are now using the strategy of organizational ambidexterity to master exploration and exploitation at the same time. I spoke with Prof. Madeleine Bernhardt, Director of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, about how law firms and legal departments can be successful in both worlds and how leadership can facilitate this.
