Ambidexterity in the legal sector
Interview with Bucerius Law School about ambidextrous leadership
The 11th fall meeting of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession focused on organizational ambidexterity in legal market practice. Numerous new business models, services and products are currently emerging in the legal market — mostly driven by digitization. I spoke to Prof. Madeleine Bernhardt, Director of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, about how law firms and legal departments can be successful in both worlds and how leadership makes this easier.
